Return and Refund Policy

At Knowledge Cycle Store, we take pride in providing high-quality educational working models and project kits. Every product is carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch. However, in rare cases, issues may arise. This policy explains the conditions under which returns, refunds, and cancellations are handled.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

The product is damaged during courier delivery, or
An incorrect product has been delivered.

Mandatory Proof:

Customers must provide a clear and continuous unboxing video starting from the sealed package opening.
Without a valid unboxing video, return or refund requests will not be accepted.

Product Condition:

The product must be unused and in its original packaging with all components intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Component kits (non-returnable in all circumstances)
Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation after delivery

3. Return Process

Share your order details along with the unboxing video.

Our team will verify the request.

If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or provide return shipping instructions.

4. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5-7 working days.
Refunds are issued via UPI or bank transfer, even for COD orders.
In cases of damaged or incorrect product delivery, the refund will include:
- Product cost
- Tax

Important:

No additional compensation will be provided beyond the approved refund amount.

5. Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch:

Orders canceled before dispatch are eligible for a full refund.

After Dispatch:

If a prepaid order is canceled or rejected after dispatch, ₹50 cancellation charges will be deducted from the refund.

COD Orders:

All COD orders require a ₹50 advance payment for confirmation.
If a COD order is canceled, rejected at delivery, the ₹50 advance amount is non-refundable.

6. Important Notes

Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
Refund processing may take 5–7 business days after product inspection.
Knowledge Cycle Store reserves the right to accept or reject any return, refund, or cancellation request at its sole discretion.
