1. Return Eligibility
Returns are only eligible for damaged products. If you receive a damaged item, you must contact us the same day to initiate the return process. Returns are not applicable for any other reason.
2. Unboxing Requirement
To facilitate the return process, customers must record a video while unboxing the product. This video may be requested by us when processing your return request to verify the damage.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To return a damaged product, please contact us through WhatsApp or email. We will guide you through the return process.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 days. Please note that we will refund only the product amount, and shipping charges will be deducted from the total amount paid by customer while placing order
5. Return Shipping Costs
We will provide a prepaid label for the return shipping, so you will not incur any shipping costs when returning a damaged item.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that project kits are non-returnable in any circumstances
7. No Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for any products.
8. Discretion on Returns
Any acceptance or rejection of return requests is entirely at our discretion. We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet our terms.
