Shipping Policy
At Knowledge Cycle, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders across India. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Shipping Locations
- We currently ship only within India.
- If courier service is not available at your pin code, your order will be canceled automatically and a full refund will be issued for prepaid orders.
2. Courier Partners
- Orders are shipped through trusted partners, including Ekart Logistics and Delhivery Courier Service.
- Customers will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp or email once the order is dispatched.
3. Processing Time
- We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of booking, except for orders placed on Saturdays, as couriers do not pick up parcels on Sundays.
- In rare cases, orders placed on other days may also face delays.
4. Delivery Time Estimates
- Average delivery time is 5–7 business days after dispatch.
- Actual delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier partner, and local conditions.
- Delivery times are estimates only. We do not guarantee delivery dates.
5. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery location and will be displayed at checkout.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- COD orders require customer confirmation via WhatsApp or call.
- If the customer does not respond to the confirmation message or reminder, the order will be automatically canceled.
- COD orders may include an additional cash handling fee charged by the courier service.
7. Delivery Issues & Liability
- Once an order is handed over to the courier, delivery is the responsibility of the courier partner.
- Knowledge Cycle is not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by courier companies.
- If your shipment is delayed or lost, please report the issue to us via WhatsApp or email, and we will escalate it with the courier on your behalf.
8. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address and remain available to receive the delivery.
- If an order is returned due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery:
- For prepaid orders, shipping charges will be deducted before issuing a refund.
- For COD orders, the order will be marked as canceled and no further orders may be processed until the issue is resolved.
9. Order Cancellation by Knowledge Cycle
- We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including:
- Suspicious or fraudulent orders.
- Orders where courier service is not available at the customer’s location.
- Situations where we are unable to fulfill the order due to stock, courier restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- In case of prepaid orders, a full refund will be issued. No extra compensation will be provided.
10. Force Majeure (Uncontrollable Events)
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, storms)
- Strikes, lockdowns, or curfews
- Pandemics or epidemics
- Government restrictions or courier disruptions
11. Customer Cooperation
We request customers to cooperate in case of unexpected courier delays. While we make every effort to deliver on time, we ask for your patience in unavoidable situations.
