1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged during courier delivery or if an incorrect product is received.
  • Customers must provide a clear unboxing video from the moment of opening the package as proof of damage/incorrect delivery. Without this proof, we will not be able to process a return.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Components kit.
  • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery.

3. Return Process

  2. Our team will verify your claim.
  3. If approved, we will arrange for a courier pickup or provide instructions for return shipping.

4. Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 5 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued through UPI or bank transfer (even for COD orders).
  • If the order was prepaid, the refund will be for the product cost plus applicable shipping charges (if damaged/incorrect item case).
  • If an order is canceled after dispatch, shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • No additional compensation is provided beyond the refund amount.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Customers may cancel an order before dispatch and receive a full refund.
  • If order canceled after dispatch, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
  • COD orders that are not confirmed (customer fails to respond to confirmation message) will be automatically canceled.

6. Important Notes

  • Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Processing a refund may take 5–7 business days after product inspection.
  • We reserve the right to accept or reject any return/refund request at our sole discretion.
