Return and Refund Policy
At Knowledge Cycle, we take pride in providing high-quality educational working models and project kits. Every product is carefully checked and packed before dispatch. However, in rare cases, issues may arise. This Return & Refund Policy explains when and how returns and refunds are accepted.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged during courier delivery or if an incorrect product is received.
- Customers must provide a clear unboxing video from the moment of opening the package as proof of damage/incorrect delivery. Without this proof, we will not be able to process a return.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Components kit.
- Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
3. Return Process
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at 📧 contact.knowledgecycle@gmail.com or WhatsApp- 7355621860 with your order details and unboxing video.
- Our team will verify your claim.
- If approved, we will arrange for a courier pickup or provide instructions for return shipping.
4. Refunds
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 5 working days.
- Refunds will be issued through UPI or bank transfer (even for COD orders).
- If the order was prepaid, the refund will be for the product cost plus applicable shipping charges (if damaged/incorrect item case).
- If an order is canceled after dispatch, shipping charges will not be refunded.
- No additional compensation is provided beyond the refund amount.
5. Order Cancellation
- Customers may cancel an order before dispatch and receive a full refund.
- If order canceled after dispatch, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
- COD orders that are not confirmed (customer fails to respond to confirmation message) will be automatically canceled.
6. Important Notes
- Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
- Processing a refund may take 5–7 business days after product inspection.
- We reserve the right to accept or reject any return/refund request at our sole discretion.
