  • Accuracy of Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications. However, minor discrepancies may occur, and we do not guarantee complete accuracy.
  • Educational Use Only: All models, kits, and sample files are for educational purposes only. We do not support or encourage misuse. Knowledge Cycle shall not be held liable for any misuse of products resulting in loss, injury, or damage.
  • Safety Disclaimer: Some models operate on 220V electricity and must be handled with extreme care. These products are not suitable for children under 16 years of age and must only be operated under adult supervision.

3. Ordering & Payment

  • Order Channels: Retail orders can be placed directly through our website, while bulk orders may be placed via WhatsApp or email.
  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. If a customer fails to respond to a confirmation message for a Cash on Delivery (COD) order, the order will be canceled automatically.
  • Prepaid & COD: We accept both prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. COD orders may incur an additional cash handling fee as charged by courier partners.
  • Pricing: All prices are listed in INR and may change without prior notice.
  • Billing Information: Customers must provide complete and accurate billing and contact information. Orders may be canceled if information is found to be incorrect or fraudulent.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Courier Partners: Orders are shipped through trusted partners including Ekart Logistics and Delhivery Courier Service.
  • Dispatch Timelines: We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours, except for orders placed on Saturdays. In rare cases, orders placed on other days may also face delays.
  • Delivery Timelines: Average delivery time is 5–7 business days after dispatch. Estimated delivery times are based on past orders; actual delivery may vary slightly due to courier or location delays.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and order size.
  • Damaged or Lost Packages: Knowledge Cycle is not responsible for courier-related damages or losses. However, in the case of damage, customers must contact us within 24 hours with photos and a valid unboxing video as proof.

5. Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations: Orders can be canceled before dispatch. If canceled after dispatch, shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • Returns: Returns are accepted only in case of courier damage or wrong product delivery. The customer must provide an unboxing video as proof.
  • Return Shipping Costs: We bear the return shipping cost for eligible cases.
  • Refunds:
    • If an item is returned and verified, a full refund will be processed.
    • Refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfer (even for COD orders).
    • No additional compensation will be provided beyond the product cost and eligible refund.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Components Kits are not returnable in any case.

We currently ship only within India.

We generally use surface courier services for shipping our products. However, if you need your order urgently, you can request express courier service for an additional shipping charge.

Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are only eligible for damaged products. If you receive a damaged item, you must contact us the same day to initiate the return process. Returns are not applicable for any other reason.

2. Unboxing Requirement

To facilitate the return process, customers must record a video while unboxing the product. This video may be requested by us when processing your return request to verify the damage.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To return a damaged product, please contact us through WhatsApp or email. We will guide you through the return process.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 days. Please note that we will refund only the product amount, and shipping charges will be deducted from the total amount paid by customer while placing order

5. Return Shipping Costs

We will provide a prepaid label for the return shipping, so you will not incur any shipping costs when returning a damaged item.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that project kits are non-returnable in any circumstances

7. No Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for any products.
