These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products, including science working models, physics project kits, and related educational materials. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Scope of Services

Knowledge Cycle Store provides a platform for purchasing educational working models, project kits, and related materials intended solely for learning, demonstration and educational purposes.

2. Product Information & Usage

Accuracy of Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications. However, minor discrepancies may occur, and we do not guarantee complete accuracy.
Educational Use Only: All models, kits, and sample files are for educational purposes only. We do not support or encourage misuse. Knowledge Cycle shall not be held liable for any misuse of products resulting in loss, injury, or damage.
Safety Disclaimer: Some models operate on 220V electricity and must be handled with extreme care. These products are not suitable for children under 16 years of age and must only be operated under adult supervision.

3. Ordering, Payment & GST

Order Channels
Retail orders can be placed directly through our website. Bulk orders may be placed via WhatsApp or email.

Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

Pricing & GST

All products listed on the Knowledge Cycle website are taxable under GST.
A Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the rate of 18% is applicable on all products unless otherwise stated.
All prices displayed on the website are exclusive of GST. Applicable GST will be added at checkout

GST Invoice

A valid GST tax invoice will be provided with every order.
Customers will receive the GST invoice along with the product or via digital means.

Billing Information
Customers must provide complete and accurate billing details, including GST details if applicable. Orders may be canceled if information is found to be incorrect or misleading.

4. Partial COD Policy

All Cash on Delivery (COD) orders follow a Partial COD system.
To confirm a COD order, customers must pay ₹50 in advance.
Payment details will be shared via WhatsApp or call after order placement.
If the advance payment is not completed within 24 hours, the order will be marked canceled.
If a COD order is canceled or rejected at the time of delivery, the ₹50 advance amount is non-refundable in all circumstances.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Courier Partners
Orders are shipped through trusted courier partners such as Ekart Logistics and Delhivery Courier Service.

Dispatch Timelines
We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours, except for orders placed on Saturdays. In rare cases, dispatch may be delayed.

Delivery Timelines
Average delivery time is 6–8 business days after dispatch. Actual delivery may vary due to courier or location-related factors.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping is provided for both Prepaid and COD orders.
A COD fee of ₹50 is applicable on all COD orders.

Damaged or Lost Packages
Knowledge Cycle Store is not responsible for courier-related damages or losses. Customers must report damages within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and a valid unboxing video.

5. Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before dispatch (No Cancellation Charge).
For prepaid orders, if the order is canceled or rejected after dispatch, a ₹50 cancellation charge will be deducted from the refund.
For COD orders, the ₹50 advance payment is non-refundable if the order is canceled or rejected after dispatch.

Returns
Returns are accepted only in cases of courier damage or wrong product delivery, supported by a clear, uncut, unedited unboxing video.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer, even for COD orders.
No compensation beyond the product value and eligible refund will be provided.

Non-Returnable Items
Component kits are non-returnable under any circumstances.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All website content, product designs, manuals, and images are the intellectual property of Knowledge Cycle Store.
Any reproduction, distribution, or use without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
By submitting reviews, images, or content to our website or social platforms, you grant Knowledge Cycle Store the right to use them for marketing and promotional purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

All products are provided “as is” without guarantees of performance, accuracy, or fitness for a specific purpose.
Knowledge Cycle Store is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.
Customers are responsible for proper usage of products and adherence to safety instructions.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in fulfilling orders due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, transport delays, or government restrictions.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available separately on our website.

10. Modification of Terms

Knowledge Cycle Store reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

All models, sample files, and products are intended strictly for educational and learning purposes.
Knowledge Cycle does not support any misuse of products and is not responsible for any injury, damage, or financial loss arising from improper use.
